Cuban Style Buffet – Start out with a selection of mojo roasted pork and grilled chicken breast with ham croquettes. Add black beans and white rice plus sweet plantains for a taste of Calle Ocho. Tossed salad and dinner rolls satiate your appetite and please a crowd.
Puerto Rican Style Buffet – Succulent roasted pork and grilled chicken breast are paired with fried tostones and arroz con gandules (rice and pigeon beans) and yucca with garlic sauce, rolls, and tossed salad.
Mexican Style Buffet – What can be more fun than making your own at a Fajita and Taco Bar? Have it the way you like it with flour tortillas and hard shell tacos and a delectable selection of fillings: chicken, sliced steak, sautéed peppers and onions, guacamole, lettuce, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
